RETIRED COLLEGE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION: Multi Purpose pensioner Card   Is this proposed Health card covers all the State Govt.pensioners without discrimination to those pensioners who retired from Aided -degree colleges.

    Is the proposed Health card to pensioners of Govt,of Andhra Pradesh covers all the pensioners without any discrimination including the pensioners of Aided degree colleges.

    Iam a retired govt. degree college lecturer drawing state scales. I stay in Kurnool and frequently visit my son in Bangalore. Can I use my health card in corporate hospitals of Hyderabad or Bangalore?
